Description


1. The equipment adopts a pressure resistant design, with a design pressure of 2MPa, under which the process synthesis is improved, allowing a flexible process temperature range of -10~200℃;

2. The equipment adopts a magnetic sealing, which can improve the safety of on-site operations by realizing zero leakage of harmful gases;

3. The PLC control system can display temperature and pressure status, as well as over temperature and over pressure alarms, and control the start-up and shutdown of the reactor;

4. The reactor adopts a micro pipeline series connection design, with a large specific surface area and high heat transfer efficiency;

5. The reactor adopts an electric heating, with a fast response speed and simple connection method, no need for external heating boilers.
